If something isn't working the way you expected, please tell us. We'll always do our best to work with you and find a fair solution.
Before you pay
Every project starts with a personalised website concept, designed around your business — not a template with your logo dropped on top.
You get to see that concept before you spend anything. If it's not what you hoped for, you're free to walk away.
- There's no obligation at the concept stage.
- There's nothing to pay if you decide not to go ahead.
- You review the concept first, then choose whether to continue.
- That takes most of the risk out of the decision for you.
We'd rather you felt genuinely excited about your website than politely committed to one.
After payment
Once you've approved your concept and payment has been made, we get straight to work building a completely customised website for your business.
From that point, real hours go into your project — design, writing, build and testing, all made specifically for you.
Because the work is personalised, refunds generally aren't available once development has commenced. That's not us closing the door on you — it simply reflects that the work has already been created for your business and can't be resold to anyone else.
What we can always do is keep working with you until your website feels right. That's what the next section is about.
If something isn't quite right
Please tell us. Honestly — we'd much rather hear it early than have you sit on it.
Every project includes five rounds of revisions, so there's plenty of room to shape things until they feel like you. Feedback isn't an inconvenience; it's how good websites get made.
- Five rounds of revisions are included with every website.
- You're encouraged to speak up at any stage, about anything.
- We genuinely want you to love your website, not just accept it.
- Our first step is always to work through your concerns together, before any conversation about refunds.
Most concerns turn out to be small and easily fixed. A quick chat usually sorts it.
If we can't deliver
This is extremely unlikely — but you deserve to know where you'd stand.
If Walk-In Websites can't deliver the website we agreed on, we'll work with you to reach a fair outcome. What that looks like depends on the situation and how far along the project is.
- Additional work to complete what was agreed.
- Amendments we agree on together.
- A partial refund.
- A full refund.
We won't pretend every situation is the same, so we don't make blanket promises. What we do promise is that we'll be fair, we'll talk it through with you, and we'll land on something reasonable.

Need help?
If you're unsure about anything at all, we'd love to hear from you. We'd much rather answer your questions and work through any concerns than leave you feeling uncertain.
Our goal is simple: we want every client to be genuinely happy with their website, and proud to recommend Walk-In Websites to others.
